Song tracks 'are not available'

Been having a problem with Spotify on my Samsung galaxy s7. I can listen to tracks that i've downloaded in offline mode, and listen to tracks when I have wifi, but when I am driving or out for a work and try to search a song, it says the track is not available. I don't know how to remedy this issue and it is keeping me from listening to and searching for plenty of songs. anyone else having the same problem?
