Songs available on your phone but not on desktop

Hi,

There is a song I really like and I listen to it all the time, but strangely it's not available on the desktop Spotify I use. I've tried playing the song through my phone on the desktop with the option to connect your device but it just shows an error. I also tried making a playlist with only that song in it, and when I open the playlist on my desktop it shows that the playlist is empty.

The song is called Change by RM and Wale. Please fix this.
