Songs constantly get un synced in offline mode

Hi Guys,

 

I wondered if anyone can help me out.

 

I have got the spotify app on my Samsung Galaxy S3 which I use pretty much on a daily basis. I put all of my songs in a single playlist (1600 ish tracks) and have downloaded that playlist to my phone for use in offline mode. I set my phone to offiline mode which is fine but, after a while my playlist slowly gets un-synced. This week alone spotify decided to unsync roughly 400 songs. I have put up with this problem for a while now but this is pretty much the final straw.

 

I am sure I am not the only one suffering from this problem. Can you please tell me how I can rectify this problem / when it will be rectified. It's hard for me to justify spending £10 a month on a music service which won't let me listen to music.

 

If any other information is required please don't hesitate to ask.

I will try this tomorrow. I'm currently sitting at 69% sync-ed (lost nearly 500 songs).

 

If this doesn't work then I will find a new service to spend my £10 a month on.

I encourage every disappointed user to act like me.

I send a message today to show my huge deception and explain why i have canceled my subscription. 

Pressure by money. I think that's the only way to expect an effort from Spotify to resolve once and for all the bug.

Oh, I'm getting there myself. This keeps happening to me as well. Only I have over 3000 songs in one playlist and they ALL get unsynced...

I don't think they are going to solve this problem. I have tried to get compensation for a long time. Finally I got two months subscription fee back. I'm not satisfied at all but I'm tired of constantly emailing them to complain. Last email they said that I should consider cancel my subscription since the offline function is what I use the most and they could not fix this. I think they are putting all their effort into buildning new and fancy functions and don't care at all that some of us can't use the exiting features.
