Songs hesitate every couple of minutes

What is the deal with this?

I've seen threads regarding this issue from years ago. Why does anyone pay for this service? I typically only use it as noise for my dogs when I'm away from home, so I can stream Amazon Music with no issues. I've re-installed the apps and even signed up for a new Spotify account (6mos free premium) with a new account to try resolving this issue, with no change. Has anybody been able to solve this?

Issue is present on Android device (Note 10+ 5G - 4/5G & wifi), in car via Bluetooth & on TV (wired 1000mpbs & wifi), with both free & premium accounts
