Songs in Libary disapparing

Hello, 

i have several problems with the Android-App.

First of all my songs at the 'Your Music' section disappared a few weeks ago. After restarting the phone some songs were back there but only a few. When I used the search function (not the one in the libary but the online one) to search for other tracks which were previously stored at the 'YourMusic' section, they were shown as offline available. 

After then a few days later all songs were back but then again the same issue.. and yesterday it happened for the third time..

 I tried the following steps:

Restart the Phone

Clear all Cache

Clean reinstall Spotify

Try different Networks

I would really appreciate an useful solution.

Unfortunately if the app doesn't work anymore I will have to quit using Spotify and switch to an other music streaming service.

It seems there might be an error with the devices you have synced for Offline Mode.

In this case, follow these steps: 

1. Log in to your account page on our website and click Offline devices in the menu on the left. 
2. Click REMOVE ALL DEVICES.
3. Reinstall the app again. Here's how. 
4. Save your offline tracks again.
