Brief description of the issue: Songs skip forward 2 seconds or so every 15-20 seconds

Steps to reproduce the issue: 

Any time I pair my phone with my car and try to play any music, either stored locally or streamed. Have been happily using spotify in this manner for a year+ now and this issue just started 3 days ago. 

What steps you’ve tried already:

-Restart phone

-Restart spotify

-Reset car radio

-Restart car

-Reset MyLink system to factory default

-Log in with another account 

-Play other audio applications (Youttube, player FM) to speakers - they work fine

-Play other audio applications before starting spotify 

-Play spotify on other systems (computer, phone without bluetooth) - works fine

-Toggle crossfade, gapless playback, device broadcast status, show on facebook, download quality, and any other setting I could get my hands on

-Check phone storage - 20GB available

-Disable WiFi and 4G data

-Redownload playlist

-Try another playlist

-Reinstall spotify, checking to make sure cache was deleted in storage

-Un-pair and pair device

Your device and operating system (e.g. Samsung Galaxy 4, 5.1.1) Phone is Google Fi Android Nexus 6P, bluetooth connected to my car which is a 2015 camaro with Chevy MyLink software.

Type of Spotify account you have (Free/ Premium): Premium

The app version of Spotify you’re using: 7.6.0.1219
