When I start a song the sound is loud and clear as on youtube for example, but after just a second or two it's like a ratchet cuts the sound and suddenly it gets a lot quieter. Is anyone else having this problem? Hope I could make myself understood.

are you experiencing this problem on every song or just from a certain album/artist?

Sounds like you have an EQ installed. Can you disable it and advise if the issue persists?
