Spotify App keeps crashing and Spotify doesn't care :)

The App keeps on crashing on every Android Device and Spotify Staff and Developers seem to not care. Im a Premium User since 2013, to be honest i am really p*ssed. I am paying for a Service that i can not acces.

Yup, my app on Google Pixel 2 keeps crashing and I have to delete and redownload it constantly, redownloading my playlists as well.  Moreover, my local files on my mobile playlist will not fast forward to the middle of a song and will just crash the app.
