Spotify Bug when losing/reconnecting to internet

I have recently been having a problem with my Spotify on both my S22Ultra and Galaxy Tab S9Ultra. Whenever I disconnect from an internet connection my Spotify stutters, skipping my music by a quick second. This problem can be shown in my video attached.

I own a family account with 4 of 6 users on it as my premium plan

I have deleted and installed the app numerous times, cleared cashe, changed the download, wifi and data stream quality of my music. I turned off and on offline music. 

I do run Goodlock but I removed it to try it and it still has the problem. The app isn't in deep sleep and it set to optimized battery. 

I run Android 14n OneUI 6.1 and Spotify version 9.0.22.543

We appreciate you reporting on the app behavior when losing the internet connection temporarily & the video you attached does show the behavior well. While we're unable to provide a specific timeline for if or when this will be fixed, we recommend always keeping the device's OS, as well as the app version up-to-date. An option in the meantime, for example if you know you're heading into an area with less cellular coverage, is to switch the app to Offline Mode beforehand.

Unfortunately this error even happens when I set the app in Offline mode. I'm not sure if my downloads are bugged everytime after a reinstall, it occurs no matter the mode I'm in.
