Is there a way to use Spotify on 2 devices at the same time with the SAME account without triggering Spotify Connect?

Spotify will only play on one device at a time. Why do you want to listen on two devices?

No this is to prevent things like account sharing from happening, if you want multiple devices get multiple accounts are share your library with the other account.

But there's always the offline trick, download music to device B and put it in offline mode then you can play music on device A at the same as device B playing offline music.
