Spotify Premium not working consistently with Android and iPad mini

I have Spotify premium, playing it on my Mac, my iPad mini and my Huawei mobile phone. Within reach of any available wifi (wlan) systems everything is ok, but when I use my mobile devices, allowing for streaming on my devices and have strong signals from my provider, I often can only use "offline modus". This is really irritating as I am paying for a product and not getting full use of it.

Any tips?

Hi. What android and spotify versions are you using on your phone? Have you tried reinstalling the spotify app?

I am using Android-Version 4.1.1 on my Huawei G510-0100. There is something noted about "emotion UI Version", which is 1.0. Die Spotifyversion ist 0.7.6.343. I haven't tried reinstalling Spotify yet. (Hadn't any time today).
