Spotify acts as if internet is unavailable

I'm sorry I don't have a solid repeatable bug here but this is something that has been happening for a few months.  Taking time out of my life to help you stay awesome.

So what I have noticed is that on Android, I will open spotify and it won't show any album artwork, and just show loading when I go to `Your Library` or `Search` etc.  It is as if Spotify can't connec to internet.  But at same time I can connect to Google Music, Facebook etc. etc. ie: I do have internet, every other app works.  Eventually after a few restarts of Spotify, or maybe it is just time passing (?) it starts to work.  When I experience this behaviour - *IF* I just choose an album or track from my saved tracks (not downloaded!!! just saved tracks) it will play, and 50% of the time trigger the rest of the app to work (again, maybe just time passing).

The whole experience makes no sense and is super super frustraiting.  I mostly use spotify on my PC while working so still keeping my subscription for now :),  but increasingly relying on my alternatives (Plex, Google Music etc.) for Android, as from my point of view Android Spotify is borerline un-usable. 

If there are any logs or something like that I can provide let me know.
