Spotify always on my drop-down on my s22

When I do my drop down on my S22 Spotify is always there even when I slide it across and it leaves lime a notification would five it 20 mins and its back

I think this is related to Android. Check if Hide media player when the media session has ended is toggled off by your phone's Settings > Sound > Media. If you can't find it there, try using the search bar in Settings instead.
