Spotify app don't recognise my premium account

Hello,

 

I'm not able to access my premium account on my mobile device...

 

I tried and tried to log in...

I tried to delete to data

I tried to uninstall the app

 

 

i'm effectivly in premium mode on the web site from my pc...

but nothing to do from my mobile.

il use the same account on the site and the device.

 

help me please 😞

You can log into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

 

Logout of the app in your phone, and be sure to use that username, and not your email address, to login back to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
