Solved!! I cant save on my external sd card

I read all the topics here but nothing works. The instructions says i must upgrade spotify and then select settings-storage and then select sd card, but i find that theres not any "storage" option,so??

Spotify Keeps Restarting my phone

Downloading over cellular doesn't work but apparently it's my only option.

Spotify is telling me to go to settings to download the Playlist over cellular. So I flip that on and it still tells me the same thing...
