Spotify app not working on wifi

When I use spotify it is not working on wifi however it is getting connected when I switch to mobile network.

Is an error message appearing and is the app going into offline mode when you attempt to connect?

Does this behaviour persist only with your account when the device is connected to the Wi-Fi & does this only happen with your own Wi-Fi network or with any such networks?

Does everything else work on the Wi-Fi network and can you test this with a different device?
