Spotify connect not in Ggl Playstore - retracted?

Hi team,

I just purchased a new Philips SmartTV - running Android

1. It came with Spotify Connect preinstalled. However, it did'nt work. The device never showed up in my devices list, on talets/phones. Network was okay.

2. I uninstalled the Spotify Connect app - to make a reinstall. But its not to be found in the Google Play Store

Any ideas on why this is happening? No spotify apps are available when i use the playstore on the TV.
