Spotify connect not streaming to LG H5 Music Flow NP8540

Hi,

I've purchased an LG Music Flow speaker for my mother in law, to make it easier for her to listen to music on demand. However Spotify Connect is not working, when she tries to play a song, she presses play and selects the Music Flow speaker. The line starts going however there is no sound. I've already tried a complete reinstal of her tablet without any luck. She uses a Lenovo Tab 2 A10-70F. Furthermore I've tried my Sony Xperia Z3 Compact and this also does not work. I'll try my Nexus 9 tablet tonight, and keep you posted.

We both are premium users of spotify. 

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
