Spotify crashing on my Samsung S7 after 10-15 seconds...help??

My Question or Issue

My Spotify opens but only for 10-15seconds & then crashes and shuts down. How can this be fixed? I've tried uninstalling etc & it's not fixed the problem...help??

Apparently there is an update to fix this.  Goto the Play store and run the update.

An extra bit of info: for me to get it to work I had to clear the app cache and uninstal the application then re-install the latest version.  Just doing the upgrade first did not fix the problem.

I uninstalled my bitdefender antivirus/security app and it works fine now so far.
