Spotify deletes my offline albums

Every few weeks Spotify deltes my downloaded albums which is pretty annoying. The downloaded playlist are still downloaded only the albums are affecteted.

My Spotify is up to date and i have enoughe storage free.

I already redownloaded the app but nothing helps.

Thanks for getting in touch with the Spotify Community. We'll be happy to help you. 

In this case, please follow these steps: 

1. Log in to your account page and click Offline devices in the menu on the left. 
2. Click REMOVE ALL DEVICES. This will remove all downloaded music from the device.
3. Reinstall the app. Here's how. 
4. Save your offline tracks again.
