Spotify doesn't always play even with premium downloaded music

I have a slight problem with my Spotify that if I play music in the car or something and start playing it within WiFi range and it has time to load the song I can change song as I go to other downloaded songs and albums playlists etc... But sometimes when I leave the car and come back Spotify will not play the music. I press the play button but the music does not start. Its not muted as you can see when the song timer is on and it doesn't move. This has just started happening within the last week or so and I'm unsure of the cause. I do have premium and my phone is an Asus ZenFone 3 ZE-552KL
