Spotify don't show in the notification bar or the lock screen

Hi.
I have problem with the app. When I open it the first time it's all ok but when I stop music and come back to the app after some time the streaming works fine but the app don't show in the notification bar or lock screen, the widget doesn't work and the music don't stop when I get a phone call, disconnect the headphones or start some clip on YouTube. I've tried many solutions so far, I have given it all the permissions, I disabled the power saving on app via android. The only thing that helps is restarting the app completely by deleting it from running apps. It's quite annoying if you have to do it every time. I have HTC m8

Same problem HTC 10 except no matter what I do I can't get playback controls at all. I've tried everything

Somehow I fixed it my HTC 10 just went into extreme powersave while I was playing music and it said music controls won't be available and I just extied and it works now
