My Question or Issue

I cannot post to my instagram stories (I just get a blank page that is black at the bottom, fading to red at the top), nor can I access my home page.  I just got a new Galaxy Note 20, and when I go to the app store to redownload the app as well, it says the app is not compatible with my device.  So, not sure what's going on here, but guessing it's my new phone?

Thanks for reaching out, this sounds a bit odd and we'll do our best to help you out here.

Can you let us know if you've already tried to log out > restart your device > log back in? It's also a good idea to try a clean reinstall to clear any old files that might be causing issues.

If you're not able to re-download the app from the Play store, you can give a try on a different network and make sure you've turned off your VPN if you use any.

We'd also recommend re-installing the Instagram app to make sure everything is order with it.
