Spotify hängt sich ständig auf

Seit 3 tagen stürzt spotify ständig bei mir ab wenn ich entweder in meinen home screen gehe oder mein handy in den stand by modus versetzte. Ich hab fast alles schon ausprobiert wie app neu installieren, cache löschen etc. Mein premium funktioniert auch nicht ganz richtig da mir, nur wenn ich mir Songs downloaden will, angezeigt wird das ich premium brauche. Alle anderen Features funktionieren trotzdem

Thanks for coming to the Community! Sorry for the belated reply. Hope you don't mind me replying in English.

If you have a Premium subscription and you're getting the messaage "You have discovered a Premium feature" then there might be something wrong with your cache. The best way to solve this would be to perform a clean reinstall. Please make sure to first remove the devices for offline listening - the first step in the guide.
