Spotify keeps deleting my music

Fix this.
One minute ill be downloading new songs, setting up playlists, then my entire library gets wiped. Had to redownload my entire library 3 times this week.

You also cant rearrange playlists, drag songs back and forth in order with the android app. This is BS.

Also if you have your spotify connected to rogers and your acc gets suspended you will lose all of your music. This has happened twice. It will also remove your premium subscription.

Really don't think anybody will be able to help me, it will probably just be other people with the same problem reply or "uninstall and reinstall spotify" oh good idea thanks. Fix yourl app and how the hell does this site still have Captcha?? Feels like the early 2000's lmao
