Spotify not working on Lenovo laptop.

My Question or Issue

The Spotify app is visible and my library is present but it will not play on my Lenovo laptop.  the message is "Spotify cannot play this at the moment.  If you have this file on your computer you can import it"  I am on a family plan in South Africa.  The rest of the family are not experiencing this.

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps. These steps are more thorough than the simple reinstall and can solve common issues.
