I am paying for Spotify Premium. I haven't been able to access the app on my phone for almost a month! It's saying 'Unfortunately Spotify has stopped' Any time I try to sign in. I have reinstalled the app and still isn't working, I am one very unhappy customer. If this doesn't get sorted out soon I will be cancelling this service.
I just want someone from the Spotify team to tell me what the problem is. Thanks.
