Can you try removing your offline device? This will help clear the "air" between Spotify and your device.
From the support page:
- Log into your account on our website.
- Click Offline devices.
- Click REMOVE to reset an individual device or REMOVE ALL DEVICES to reset all offline devices on your account.
You'll need to reinstall the app afterwards and resync all your offline music, though. But hopefully this'll make them stay put 😄
