Spotify says I have synced offline playlists to more than three devices, due to SD card?

Spotify says I have synced offline playlists to more than three devices, due to SD card?

So I synced 3600+ songs to my cell phone which took forever. It worked a few days then I got the message that I had synced to more than three devices although there's only ONE mobile device ever used for offline playlists. Now I cannot access the offline playlists, not even online. The cause of this may be a troubling SD card that somehow deattaches itself from time to time. Why this howver would cause Spotify to think I am using more than three devices, I have no idea about.

Another aggreviation is that 10 minutes of searching still didn't end up in a way to contact Spotify support directly instead of this community. I feel 99 kr/month should mean there's a solid support department but I guess that money went elsewhere.

Ideas?

S4, 64gb SD card (that works MOST of the time, btu has problems)

How you managed to sync over 3,600 tracks, limit is 3,333?

You can contact for customer service and ask if they can remove some devices so you can sync again.

Hi. Spotify support can be obtained by using the online contact form. If you get an automated reply directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly (even though it says not to) to speed things along.

Haven't noticed such a limit.

And after alot of trouble I found the contact form and had them remove all irrelevant devices, finally, thank god. Why can't this be done by the user?

Glad to hear you got it sorted. Self-service device management has been suggested in this idea. Go, give your support 🙂
