Spotify says offline?? I've been premium for years and can't figure ot out.

I've tried a few things that I read online, but I can't get into the app at all so I cannot go into my settings to switch it to online. I tried the full website I get nowhere. But I can listen to it find on my firestick. But I really need to figure out how to switch from offline without getting into the app. I've also heard about firewall I don't know if I have one and I don't know how to access it. Can somebody please please help me?

I know you will lose your downloaded music, but have you tried reinstalling the app yet?
