Spotify stops playing music when screen is off

Hi All,

My problem is the following:
At playing songs in wifi and also dowloaded: spotify doesn't switch to the next song and starts playing it until I've unlocked the screen again.
At playing streamed podcasts: it seems like spotify is only buffering until the screen turns of. Playing stops when at the end of the buffer. I've to unlock the screen and then it buffers again.
Phone is running Android 6.0.1 /Galaxy S6 32gb / No SD card possible.

Hi there 🙂

Try deleting cache and saved data in the app. Afterwards you'll have to log-in again, but thats should solve your problem 🙂

Versuche einfach mal den Cache und die gespeicherten Daten zulöschen - danach musst du dich zwar wieder einloggen, aber das Problem sollte gelöst sein 🙂
