Spotify tells me I'm not connected to the internet

Hey guys.

I've been using Spotify Premium for a couple of months now, and it had been working just fine until a week ago. I noticed that when I was not connected to a WI-FI connection, the app would tell me that I was offline. I found it strange, but when I connected to WiFi, it came back to normal. Now, it has been 3 or 4 days that even when I'm connected to the WiFi, it tells me that I'm offline. The PC app works fine. I've tried deleting cache and signing out and in again, but still, nothing changes. Any ideas what might be causing this problem? I searched for a solution but couldn't find anything that helps. Sorry if the topic is repeated.

Spotify doesn't work too well with dual sim phones. Physically swapping the SIMs over has worked for other users.
