Spotify turns itself down, even when sound is fully maxed...

Spotify turns itself down, even when sound is fully maxed - on my mobile phone, Android Kit kat 4.4.3 - this JUST started, i pay for premium, and this makes it unlistenable, due to me liking loud music I’ve had to move over to Pandora. Please take a look into this, or let me know what i can do.

Does disabling any EQs or audio effects make any difference?

not a lick of difference. My other music play fine as well, local, pandora - all those, just spotify - it starts out loud for a milisecond, then instantly goes down.

Just to double-check...........spotify settings/audio effects is set to off? Which mobile device are you using?

correct - and galaxy S4

And you don't have Samsung's adapt sound enabled either? Could you try uninstalling and redownloading spotify to see if that helps.

Adapt sound was enabled on my samsung, it turned itself on somehow - i'll check with spotify and see how it sounds! I think that may be it.
