Spotify un-downloads music and won't play in offline mode

Spotify un-downloads music and won't play in offline mode

Whenever I leave and return to a wifi connection, Spotify has uninstalled the playlists I downloaded. For example, I've downloaded playlists, left the wifi range to the car and tried to play music.  The Spotify app then says that none of my playlists are downloaded, and must re-download when I return to wifi.

Hey @alexwilliamson

You should try deleting and reinstalling the app. Hopefully that'll fix the issue.

Also, keep an eye on the 'Offline devices' listed in your account settings. The same device may be added several times which may make your offline downloads to reset. Delete any duplicate or unrecognized devices you may see and let me know how it goes. 🙂

Thank you for the help, it has sort of worked!

The music now stays downloaded after leaving wifi, but won't play without internet.  I tap play and nothing happens.
