Spotify will lock up @ random on my 2023 Silverado with the new Google built in infotainment system.

My Question or Issue

At random when I press to skip a song in the area I circled in red will have the previous song displayed. It will continue to play other songs as long as I keep the truck on but it will still show the old song in that area. I have uninstalled Spotify and reinstalled it. The dealership has reset the head unit back to factory settings and still no luck. If I have made a second post on a similar topis please let me know and I'll take this one down. Any help would be awesome, the issue started after the unid updates from Android 10 to 12.
