Spotify works perfectly

So you might ask why I am posting under the help section?

Well it's like this, if spotify ISNT running my BlackBerry Priv will crash every few minutes.
Playing clash of clans will do the same as long as I am interactive with it.

My question is, what scheduled android tasks are paused when spotify is playing music ?
I have a track on repeat 24/7 to keep my phone usable and Imagine Dragons will probably end up back in the charts as a result.

Any input welcome.
