Static noise when my androids screen goes black.

Whenever I use Spotify on my android phone, I've noticed whenever the androids screen goes off to black, the music playing begins to slow down and I start hearing static noise. However, when I press the power button to turn on the screen again, the music goes back to its normal sound. Anyway I can fix this minor issue?

Just to confirm, is this only happening on your phone or on other devices as well? If it only happens on your phone, you could try logging out > restarting your device > logging back in. Also, we suggest that you try running a clean reinstall of the app by following these steps. 

However, this sounds like it's related to the phone itself, so if the issue persists after following those steps, we suggest reaching out directly to the manufacturer.
