Stopping and stalling

i am a premium user.  lately my spotify will play and then just stop after a song.  if I scroll past it takes me to a song that I have downloaded and wont play.  I have deleted the song and redownloaded it but again it just stops.  if i play on shuffle, whenever my music stops, this particular song is next in line hence deleting and downloading a new copy of the song.  If on sequential play, the music will stop and this particular song will appear on the slide screen even if it wasnt sequentially downloaded in that order.  the pause and play buttons dont work.

i have to restart my phone to stop it stalling and its getting annoying.

i have premium and my son is the only other user on the account.  we both have the same phones and he has never had a problem. please help. thanks
