Suggested Songs on Desktop Not Working

I have one running playlist that I update every so often. Currently it has over 360 songs and lots of artists. On the desktop I rarely hear suggested songs. I can listen to the playlist for an hour or two every day for a week and maybe hear the suggested songs one time. However, when I take my ten minute commute home, and play the playlist in my car on the iPhone app. I ALWAYS hear the suggested songs. Everyday.

As a primary desktop user, this is very frustrating that the new feature I like isn't always working on the platoform I mainly use.
