Suggested songs play on long playlists

Hi, I often get suggested songs playing while I listen to playlists that are long enough that they shouldn't have suggested songs (30 tracks, even 90+ tracks).  Why is this?  It is very irritating.

There are other restrictions apart from pure playlist length as far as I know. Rumour has it that you also need 12 different artists on a playlist not to get suggested tracks.

I am currently listening to a playlist with 23 or 24 artists and just skipped a suggested song and also get them on a list with 40+ artists.

Subscribing to Premium gets rid of the probem completely as well as many other benefits. Somehow, I doubt that you can prevent suggested songs entirely on Free - there has to be some degree of annoyance.
