I have been trying to get premium, but every time I do this message shows up: "The CSRF token is invalid. Please try to resubmit the form."

Does anyone know what that is and would be willing to help me out?

What payment method are you using and on what platform?

can you try using a browser on a PC?

I have already tried on my cellphone and on my computer as well as using my credit card and bank deposit. I get this message regardless the combination.

The thing is: I once was a premium user and didn't have any problems with it at that time.

I recommend you contact Spotify Support using the form here.

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.

It has charged my card twice..... and I still haven't been upgraded...

This is an old thread, I know... but I'd like to offer a soultion in case anyone stumbles across this same issue (as this thread is currently the first google result).

If you're using firefox on a Windows PC, try using an incognito window.
CTRL+SHIFT+P (or right clicking the firefox taskbar icon and selecting "open private window")  will open an incognito window, then simply login to spotify and switch your payment info as you would normally. I'd imagine other browser's private mode would work as well.

For whatever reason this solved the issue for me and accepted my updated debit card information.
