The same radio from song playlist sync with delay on windows and android

When I go to song radio on pc (Windows 10) and phone (Realme 6 pro, android 10), on phone I can see that song that plays on pc are not in the song radio on mobile. This leads to problem that if you choose on pc to play song on mobile and choose song on pc that are not there in mobile, it
will simply not start playing it. I think that's because playlist changes according to your taste, but it sync with delay. Also, I think there is no solution to that...
