[Tinder] Can't connect Spotify account to Tinder

I am unable to connect Spotify to Tinder.  I can't see the option to connect Spotify under "Edit Info" on the Tinter app. I only see "Connect Instagram", nothing else.

I used to have Spotify connected to Tinder, but after I disconnected it (to try to get my Top Artists to update) I was never shown the option to connect it again. Although the My Anthem I had set up is still shown on my profile (I also don't have an option to change it). =S

I have tried to install and uninstall both Tinder and Spotify multiple times, but had no success. Have cleared the Cache and storage of Tinder but had no success. And just now I noticed that I  had Tinder under "Apps" with access to my Spotify information on my Spotify account page (on the web). I deleted Tinder from my Approved Applications on my Spotify account page (on the web) and proceeded to reinstall Tinder on my phone. Yet, even after that, I am unable to see the option to connect to Spotify. :'(

How can I solve this problem?
