Track by problematic artist in genre I don't follow is always queued to play when app opens

How do I keep the Spotify app for Android from opening with Morgan Wallen's music in queue at the bottom of the app for Android? I don't listen to country AT ALL, and think this is happening because of the region I'm currently traveling through, because this is far off from my musical tastes. The last track or podcast that I've listened to doesn't show in that bottom area that usually shows where I left off when I last closed the app. Is there a way to turn the promoted song off in the free version?

This is quite strange. So that we can say for sure whether what you have is an issue or to be expected, please let us know the following:

• Is it only ever this one song that is there? 
• Is it there every time you reopen the app? 
• When did this start happening?
• Is this on all devices or only on specific one(s)?
• Screenshots or a video of the behaviour. If the files are too large to attach here in the Community, you can send them to us via Google Drive or as unlisted YouTube videos.
