Track info no longer displaying on my Honda Fit

Hey guys, since updating my Spotify app to version 8.4.812 armv7, my car (2015 Honda Fit) has stopped displaying track info from Spotify via bluetooth. I have an Samsung Galaxy S8 on Android version 8.0.0.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this?
