Tracks automatically deleted from a Playlist

My Question or Issue

I have a playlist that, for seemingly no reason, had ~15 or so songs deleted from it.  They were not removed from Spotify (i.e. the 'show unplayable tracks' toggle doesn't show anything). It is as if the songs were manually removed, but they weren't. 

Is there a way to show a Playlist's activity/history to find out which tracks were inexplicably removed?
