Tried to redownload, but the appstore won't let me??

Okay. So I went to this website because my Spotify account kept telling me that I had no disk space or something like that, and that I needed to deselect some playlists from downloading. I didn't know how to do that, so I came here. Someone said to uninstall the app and then reinstall it. I uninstalled it, and went to the appstore. I pressed the install button, but it doesn't do anything, it simply won't download Spotify. If someone could please help me figure out both problems, that would be great, thank you!
