Turn off and log out of the android app.

How do I turn off and log out of my android app?
 
I read that from the main page I should select menu from the upper right and then select settings and then logout. I have not found any of these. Is the page with “Home” at the top the main page? I have not found “Menu”, “Settings”, or “Logout” on any page.
 
Please explain with as much detail as possible how to turn off and log out of the android app.
