We can confirm that this is an expected behavior since we don't support landscape mode for full screen lyrics on Android. 

 

However, other users also think this would be a good idea and have suggested it here. Make sure to add your vote as well if this is something you'd like to see in the future. 

 

Hope this sheds some light on the matter. The Community will be here if anything else comes up.
