Unable to sync Facebook, user name string of #s, no pic.

Hi, I'm on a Galaxy S4.  A mod tried to fix my problem of not being able to sync with Facebook [random #s as username, no pic] but was unable, they deleted my account and moved my playlists over to a new account, one that was not signed in through Facebook [Jonnyferraro138] but I can't connect to Facebook through the settings.  I tap it and nothing happens.  I was unable to try to sign up through my Facebook because it would just load and load forever, it just worked for me but it's still just another string of #s with no pic.  I just updated my Facebook app, Spotify is up to date ...what's up with this, I feel like this should be way smoother.

Thanks for any help you can give.  Btw, if it comes down to deleting an account I'd rather have the string of #s but be able to add FB friends than not be able to sync through FB at all.

I recommend you contact Spotify Support using the form here.

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.

I have contacted the support team the last time I asked for help with an older account.  I've since been able to sync and find my facebook friends, I'm still unable to use my facebook name/profile pic, which would be great because I still believe I'm unable to be found by my facebook friends.  Thanks for any help.

Is this a common problem for Android users, seems that my friends with iphones have no problems at all.  :?
